Delta Dawn, what's that flower you have on...
We went to a concert last night! It was Tanya Tucker. When she was about 12 she sang the delta dawn song. We actually saw her at the Rock Island County Fair in about 1974. She looked a lot better then. She can still belt it out tho! I guess ticket sales weren't too good so someone gave Tim Tollestrup 6 tickets and they invited us to go along. We had a good time. ..."could it be a faded rose from times gone by..."

who's tanya tucker?
She is a country singer from waaaay back. Her big song was Delta Dawn. Imagine--us at a country concert! It was fun tho.
