Perhaps!!!!

Last night, I woke up at 4:00 am teetering on the edge of the bed.  Reed had just about scooched me out!  So, I quietly got up for a little while.  I silently came to the edge of the bed hoping not to wake Reed up and wishfully thinking that he had moved over a bit so I would have some room.  I was carefully lifting the covers when he said in an extremely loud voice, "PERHAPS YOU COULD CLOSE A WINDOW BECAUSE I AM FREEZING!"  It scared the bejeebers out of me!  Which made me laugh.  Which made him laugh.  Which stopped both of us from getting any more sleep!  "Perhaps" we will not leave so many windows open tonight!

Kung Fu Man and Robin

Gremma bought these costumes for Isaac and Kade at a thrift store in Aberdeen.  It was sooooo hot, yet they insisted on wearing them in the "bouncy thing", on the merry go round, at the parade...
They had a lot of fun in them.

Ridge (the rider and thrower) is 10 months old!

"Live to Maturity"

On Fast Sunday, I (Emma) got up to bear my testimony with Ridge in my arms.  I just didn't want to let him go for a second!  Not long after that, Bishop Greg Peterson got up and said he was touched to see me with the baby.  He looked out at Doug and Steve and said something like, "I was their Young Men's president and I wasn't sure they would live to maturity".  We were not sure if he meant they would die young or just never mature!  The boys went up to talk to him after the meeting to see what he was referring to.  He said, "Well, one of you was always playing with gasoline and the other was always playing with fire, so I wasn't sure you would make it to adulthood!"  Pretty funny and oh, so true.  Can you guess which played with gas and which played with fire?
